Fashion trade show organizer ENK International (New York) has acquired WSA Global Holdings (Encino, CA), a provider of events and related marketing services for the global footwear and accessories industry. No terms were given. WSA’s portfolio of assets includes: footwear exhibition The WSA Show; Materials at WSA, for the footwear supply chain; WSAToday and WSAToday.com, providing information on products and trends for retailers and buyers in print and online; and, an online datase designed to connect brands and retailers.
